Holly Gunner - Junior Assistant Coach (Prep School)

Holly Gunner grew up in Salcombe (South Devon) and attended The University of Birmingham, where she completed a Sports Science and Coaching degree, and represented their emergent swimming team. Since joining the Millfield coaching staff in 2015, Holly has worked alongside Helen Gouldby to build upon the strength of the junior squads at Millfield Prep School. Holly brings a wealth of experience to the team as a National level swimmer herself (50m Butterfly & 50m Freestyle) and having coached swimmers from age-group to National level at a number of Devon-based clubs – including Kingsbridge Kingfishers, where she swam in her youth. Holly’s interest in promoting excellent skills and technique for the betterment of the team is greatly welcomed. Alongside coaching, Holly is a teacher in the Junior Department at Millfield Prep School – teaching a range of subjects to Years 3-5.
